Fillwells Assemblies

Fillwells provide an economical means for quick top access for filling or for inspection of tank contents. Design Tanks 5” and 10”-quarter-turn fillwell covers are available plain or with a splash guard for mobile applications. The 10”-threaded fillwell cover is designed with a center vent.

• Flat wells—PVC or filled polypropylene
• Curved wells—PVC or filled nylon
• Specify fiberglass tank diameter when ordering replacement fillwells
• Gaskets are 1/16”-neoprene closed cell sponge rubber
• Pop rivets are 3/16” stainless steel

Polypropylene-threaded fillwells feature large precision threads and are ideal for vertical tanks where inside access is required. Assembly is installed on a flat surface and can also be used as a manway.
