Couplings

Fiberglass female pipe-threaded couplings are bonded permanently into the tank to eliminate potential leak problems. Full and half couplings are available in sizes from ½” to 6” and can be located anywhere on the tank except the saddle-assembly contact area on horizontal fiberglass tanks.

• Manufactured from corrosion-resistant vinyl ester resin.
• Outside bonding area at the coupling is equal to or greater than tank wall thickness. 
• All side-wall penetrations protrude as seen in the following unless otherwise specified.
• Bottom fittings are flush-mounted for complete drainage. 
• Full couplings provide for internal piping.
• 1½” minimum edge to edge of coupling.
• 2” minimum edge to bottom of tank.
